Andrew founded Accounting Business Consultants (ABC) near the end of 2015 after a decade of experience in the sharp end of accountancy and tax consultancy. Specialising in individual taxation, tax investigations and employment legislation, Andrew thrives in dealing with HMRC on behalf of clients and takes a passionate interest in the growth of businesses. With a strong degree in Political Science, he continues to keep bang up to date with economic and political affairs, both locally and globally and is well placed to advise on current business trends as well as recent and up and coming legislation. Clients can be assured they are working with someone who is naturally on their side, who attentively listens to their unique needs and thrives on arriving at the best possible solution for them. Born and raised in Edinburgh, he sees ABC as a natural choice of accountancy firm for small and medium businesses in Central Scotland.

With over 28 years’ experience, Gordon has helped small and medium businesses since starting his career in accountancy in October 1987. Now a fully qualified IFA with CIMA accreditations, Gordon covers a vast range of client services. From picking over the fine details of individual Tax Returns to analysing and completing complex Limited Company accounts, clients gain comfort in knowing their business is in his safe pair of hands. Combining his extensive experience with his energy to keep right up to date with all accountancy and taxation affairs makes Gordon a stalwart and highly valued part of Accounting Business Consultants (ABC).

Roshon is dynamic Chartered Accountant, his breadth of knowledge and expertise in SME advisory means he is the right man to speak to regarding any accounting or taxation issue. Fellowship in 2015 with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants was a major milestone in his professional career, after becoming a qualified member in 2010. Roshon provides tax advice to a range of clients including individuals and corporate entities, and specialises in advising owner managed businesses. His particular expertise lies in tailoring tax planning that is efficient for both the business owners and the business itself. Roshon has advised clients from a broad spectrum of industries including construction, professional services, retail, hospitality and property companies and is Head of the firm’s Property and Construction Sector Group. He has advised on a variety of matters including; business acquisitions and disposals, entrepreneur’s relief, capital allowances, tax efficient investments (including EIS and SEIS), tax efficient remuneration and companies purchasing their own shares. Having helped a number of clients through tax investigations and enquiries, Roshon has extensive experience in dealing with HM Revenue and Customs. Roshon helps clients develop their businesses through Business Improvement Services, specifically strategic planning, sustainable competitive advantage, family business issues, leadership development, personal development, and lean management.

Yvonne heads up our administration team. With experience of working in multiple jobs in continental Europe, she is friendly, trustworthy and highly professional in all aspects of the job she does for ABC. Yvonne is often the first port of call for our clients, either at reception or on the phone.
