Fellowship in 2015 with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants was a major milestone in his professional career, after becoming a qualified member in 2010.
Roshon provides tax advice to a range of clients including individuals and corporate entities, and specialises in advising owner managed businesses. His particular expertise lies in tailoring tax planning that is efficient for both the business owners and the business itself.
Roshon has advised clients from a broad spectrum of industries including construction, professional services, retail, hospitality and property companies and is Head of the firm’s Property and Construction Sector Group.
He has advised on a variety of matters including; business acquisitions and disposals, entrepreneur’s relief, capital allowances, tax efficient investments (including EIS and SEIS), tax efficient remuneration and companies purchasing their own shares.
Having helped a number of clients through tax investigations and enquiries, Roshon has extensive experience in dealing with HM Revenue and Customs.
